Our destination today was the Adelaide Hills and specifically, Hahndorf.
We last visited Hahndorf one Bank Holiday weekend (August) several years ago and we had difficulty in remembering the town as all of the trees were covered in their autumn leaves and full of wonderful colours. Last time we were there the trees were devoid of leaves and Hahndorf looked entirely different.
We did the mandatory walk around town stopping for morning tea at a cheese factory and lunch at the Hahndorf Inn. The food provided was very generous in portions and the prices were very reasonable.
We returned to the caravan park and had toasted sandwiches for tea.
