Our National Muster officially starts on Monday but people are able to arrive in the three day prior.
We spent most of the morning renewing acquaintances while watching storm clouds build in the north.
The storm started after lunch and it rained for most of the afternoon. We didn’t get heavy rain and the ground absorbed the water quickly. We had to cancel a group BYO dinner and we sent a couple of hours with several friends enjoying happy hour.
“He” attempted to go to the local IGA just after 6:00pm only to find everything closed in Bingara with the exception of the hotels and clubs. We are really in the country.
After tea, we watched television before retiring relatively early.
