We had an early start today with a pancake breakfast commencing at 7:00am.
Immediately following breakfast “He” attended a couple of seminars while “She” took the opportunity to do a couple of loads of washing.
After lunch, we went into Bingara to find an ATM (only one available had a fee of $2.75 for a withdrawal) and then we enjoyed a real cup of coffee from the Regent Café.
We returned to Bingara for our evening meal at the Sportsmans Hotel with most of the members of our branch. The meals were nothing short of excellent. “She” had a chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce at a cost of $14 (that included a schooner of beer). “He” had a 300g sirloin steak (nicest steak “He” has had in years), with mushroom sauce, at a cost of $22.
We returned well after 9:00pm extremely satisfied with what we had eaten.
