22 October 2017 – Bingara NSW

After our late night, we slept very well at least until “She” woke feeling cold.  Very quickly we added the doona to our bed and the next thing we were both aware of was the alarm sounding at 6:30am.  “She” showered early and then we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast.

At 9:00am we attended the closing ceremony for the muster.  It was over by 9:30am when we started to bid farewell to friends who were leaving.  It is more than likely we will not see some of these people again.

We had a very lazy morning and then after lunch, we started to pack away floor mats, wind breaks and part of our awning.  We made a late visit to IGA to purchase a couple of essential items.

Returning to our caravan, we both changed clothes and then attended our final (and rather large) happy hour.  “He” won a book during happy hour.

We had our evening meal in the Bingara RSL Club.  The club staff were run off their feet as approximately 100 of our group had the same idea.  The food was not all that bad.

We returned to our caravan around 8:30pm and were in bed just after 9:00pm.  We were both tired but were unable to sleep so we watched television for another hour or so.
