As has been the case today at the festival, our day started at 6:00am.
Just before 9:00am we headed into Wagga Wagga and Coles to purchase some supplies. After completing our shopping, we headed to the Nissan dealer to obtain an update on the repairs to our vehicle. We were hopeful of the car being repaired and returned to us today. Our rental vehicle was due for return to AVIS later in the afternoon.
Stopping at the dealership we were informed that the replacement alternator had not arrived as it was apparently not unloaded and was probably on its way to Mildura. It was indicated that this has happened in the past and the part would likely arrive tomorrow. We were far from happy about this outcome, but it was totally out of our control.
We received a telephone call on our return journey that required us to make a hasty stop at the convention centre where access to the audio-visual system was required.
Later in the morning “He” spoke with Nissan and arrangements were made to extend the rental period for our loan car for another 24 hours.
Later in the evening, we were entertained by Roland Storm bringing back memories from the 60’s and following years
