Night two was better than night one with the air flow improved after partially opening the side window. “He” is sleeping on the side of the bed where there is a cut-out and “He” is facing the wall. There are no issues at all.
We had our breakfast in the caravan at the dinette.
“He” flew our new drone several times, the first to test stability etc, and the second flight as a demonstration flight for another member who is considering the purchase of the same type of drone.
We had a lazy day until we prepared for our ACC Branch Annual General Meeting. That was held at 2:30pm and finished by 3:15pm when we all enjoyed a short happy hour. Part of the day was spent placing some Christmas lights around the caravan’s annexe. We won’t win any prizes, but we did make an effort.
At 6:15pm we drove to the nearby Halekulani Bowling Club where we were booked for our Christmas function. The Club provided us with a function area as well as access to a private bar. We enjoyed a Christmas meal consisting of a main course and then sweets. General opinion about the Club and the meal was very positive.
After returning to the caravan park we judged the Christmas decorations of some of our members vans. There were two outstanding efforts and several other not far behind.
“He” discovered that the culling process resulted in leaving behind an adapter to load pictures onto an iPad. Another result of the culling process was to leave laptops behind as this was to be a test for a trip, we are taking next year when we will need to travel light.
We had a late night.
