We opened the vent above the bed last night and this appeared to provide us with good air flow. We don’t know if it was a coincidence but we both slept well. Other than considering the use of different pillows, our new bed is very comfortable, and we are getting a good night’s sleep.
Again, we started the day with the remaining group getting together for a communal breakfast.
Following breakfast and with the exception of six RV’s, the remainder of our group departed today.
We had made arrangements for friends who live in the upper Hunter Valley to visit today and join us for lunch. They arrived mid-morning and after coffee and with them and another couple who were attending the muster, six of us headed to the Halekulani Bowling Club for lunch. The six of us had all been part of our group who travelled around Australia in 2016.
Lunch continued until just before 4:00pm when we returned to the caravan park and joined the remaining Branch members for our final happy hour.
“He” took our metal detector to a jumping castle and managed to find $0.55 and a neckless of undetermined material. “He” also removed several dangerous items from the sand.
We had a final communal dinner and the day finished with the drone being used to photograph sunset.
Our friends joined us in our caravan for late drinks. Once again, we had a late night.
