It was a cold morning at Jugiong when we poked our heads out of the door just as the sun was rising. We had a quick breakfast and with little to do before our departure, we were away just after 8:20am. We arrived at our destination just after 10:00am and shortly afterwards were directed to our site that we would occupy for the festival.
We had travelled to Wagga Wagga without a reserve of food as we were at maximum weight with the additional camping gear that we had to carry to accommodate our son who would be joining us for the festival. We had also carried CD’s and promotional material to Wagga Wagga for one of the organisers.
With little planned for us to do today (other than the delivery of our freight), we left the camp site and headed into Wagga Wagga and stopped at Dan Murphy and also Coles Supermarket where we purchased enough food for the next three days.
Returning to the camp site after lunch, we enjoyed happy hour with some of the other volunteers before retiring to our caravan for a quiet evening.
