It was still raining, with the rain heavy at times.  Fortunately, our caravan is well insulated so other than the sound on the roof from the rain, we are extremely comfortable.

The issues that we had with the caravan (water in the hanging space and water under the bed) appear to have been fixed.

Today, in the morning, “He” attended a presentation from the various board members.  Whilst this was happening, “He” transferred about 500 pictures to a memory stick and provided it to one of the organisers. The pictures would be used during the dinner on Saturday night.

We attended some seminars in the afternoon that covered volcanoes, pets, a VTOL aircraft that is being built in Australia and finally a presentation by Hema about their mapping process as well as an introduction to their GPS unit, the Hema HX-1.  In fact, the Hema presentation was so good that “He”, and many other people, purchased the GPS unit.

Happy hour was attended and decided to purchase fish and chips for our evening meal.  We had problems finding a fish shop and rather than eating in, we took takeaway and returned to our caravan.  The food was enjoyable.

We had a quiet night.
