Not having running water was a bit of a problem but the 5 litre jerry can we carry allowed us to store water inside the caravan to use as required. Camping opposite the amenities block also made it very easy for us to shower.
We had bacon and egg rolls for breakfast that were far better than the sausage sizzle. The Lion Club that cooked the sausage sizzle were also responsible for this meal.
After breakfast we attended a talk put on by Hema Maps and that was followed by a presentation by Ambulance Paramedics which was extremely informative. Later in the afternoon the ACC Board members present were introduced, and we had the opportunity to let the members know what our roles were and then we answered some questions.
Much later in the day they drew the raffle, and we were fortunate to win a $300 voucher donated by Discovery Parks. The voucher is for use in Victoria only, so we have an excuse to go back.
We had frozen meals for tea and headed off to bed early with the intention of an early departure on the next day.
