We had the opportunity for a sleep-in but at 7:00am, mother nature took control and we had to get up.
With plans to head to the artesian pools straight after breakfast, one of our group came and asked questions about getting his satellite dish working.
“She” took off to the pools and 2 hours later, with the satellite dish working, he was able to head to the pools for a short swim. The water was 38 degrees and very close to normal body temperature.
Returning to our caravan, we purchased lunch from the caravan park café. The hamburger was perfect as was the bacon & egg role. The food was washed down with great coffee.
We had another session in the water during the afternoon and before heading to the Moree Services Club for a great meal. For once we were driven so the change was more than acceptable.
The night was cool, and we went to bed late.
