“She” woke at 3:30am to the sound of a vibrating window curtain resultant of an increase in the wind speed. The wind was very strong, so we closed all the windows in the caravan.
The alarm sounded at 7:00am and we stayed in bed until 8:15am. Later in the morning we would learn that many of those attending were up between 3am and 4am either taking awnings down or retying the restraints.
We had a leisurely morning before attending an Asian Cooking class. We were shown how to cook a noodle meal before being given the opportunity to cook the same meal ourselves. “She” cooked the meal which we both enjoyed.
Early in the afternoon, with friends, we went to a coffee shop in Goolwa for afternoon tea.
After returning to the caravan park, we attended a happy hour to welcome those attending a National Muster for the first time. Our attendance was required with “He” being a Board member.
Today, we cooked our first meal which comprised schnitzel purchased from Woolworths. We discovered that we are short a large frypan.
The evening was spent watching television. We cannot get channel 7 so we used the internet to watch the content we were after.
We were both tired, so we retired around 10:30pm.
