We set the alarm for 7:00am and finally got up just before 8:00am.
We had no plans for today other than grocery shopping. We took our time and finally headed to “The Pines” shopping centre where we purchased food for the next couple of days.
Showers continued for the remainder of the day, so we were happy to stay inside the caravan in the dry.
Apparently, Melbourne suffered from extreme weather including high winds, rain and some small hail but we saw nothing of that as the caravan park is in a gully and missed, or we were protected from, all the bad weather.
We had frozen meals for tea and then watched television (AFL match between Geelong and the Western Bulldogs) heading to bed just before 11:00pm.
