We set our alarm for 7:00am and got up straight away. It was raining.
We gathered our thoughts and planned our day which involved a trip to IGA to purchase a chicken for our evening meal and other supplies, Shell for a refill of diesel fuel, Beechworth Bakery for lunch and final Billsons Brewery after it opened at midday.
We took our time to get ready and execute the first three items on the list. Immediately following lunch, we went to Billsons to purchase some musk flavoured vodka. We purchased the vodka, far more than what we intended as the more you purchased the cheaper it became.
Returning to the caravan park we secured space in the camp kitchen so we could have a group happy hour. Our plans were vindicated with showers occurring during the afternoon. Happy hour finished just after 5:00pm when we returned to the caravan for tea.
There is no television signal available at the caravan park and they provide a coaxial cable to connect to an amplified receiver. We have been using the cable for several days and enjoying pixelated pictures. During the afternoon, he returned the cable and made the decision to use our Google Chromecast and watch television via the internet. We had heaps of download available so we will see what we use if we stream television for a couple of hours tonight.
We had purchased a chicken for our evening meal and that was supplemented with salad that was about to reach its expiry date.
The streaming worked and we watched television until we retired to bed. When we went to bed, the rain had stopped, and we were hopeful we could pack-up in the dry tomorrow.
