When we put our heads outside of the caravan door, we saw evidence of a little rain overnight, but we did not hear it.  As was the case on previous nights, the air conditioning had been switched off at some time during the night primarily due to the noise from the compressor.

Today a visit to the Coastal Brewing Company has been arranged and we departed for the brewery just after 10:00am for a 10:30am tour.  The Coastal Brewing Company is an award-winning family-owned microbrewery based in Forster NSW.

Using all natural ingredients on a 1,200 litre brewhouse, the brewery produces fresh, craft beer for sale in kegs to restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs.  Beer is also canned onsite and sold through bottle stores, restaurants and bars.  The business is family owned and was established in 2017.  It is well run with profits being fed back into the business to allow it to grow.

We tried several of their beers and purchased two packs to being home.  “He” also purchased a baseball cap to add to his collection.

After leaving the brewery, we purchased some chips from McDonalds so we could have hot chip sandwiches when we returned to the caravan.

We spent the afternoon in the caravan park, “She” did socialising whilst “He” worked on an email that is to be sent to those attending our tagalong in May.

Dinner was at the Forster Golf Club with the food nothing to write home about.

We returned just after 8:30pm and watched television until another early night in bed.
